Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but it's worth a shot. I have officially been accepted into 3 different universities and I know specifics about funding from 2 (yay!). Both are teaching assistantships, but one offer is about 4k less than the other one. My question is this: How do I go about negotiating with this university to see if they can give me a more competitive offer? Do I just blatantly state "this so and so university is giving me this, what can you guys do?" Thanks!

Hey everyone. I got into Indiana-Bloomington, with TA funding and a graduate fellowship! Still no word from CU-Boulder.

Anybody heard from Colorado-Boulder or Indiana-Bloomington? Yesterday I heard from Penn State, and although they claimed I had a strong application, was denied. : /
