  1. Oh! Sorry I totally read that wrong! But I did get into a three year program at George Washington...so I'm not sure if there are two options there? To continue is contingent on me getting a "B" or above in all the pre-requisites, but I don't have to reapply.
  2. Is anyone but me still waiting to hear from Boulder??
  3. Actually looks like I exaggerated. I had read this post earlier on the CU Boulder thread. Made me realize how small and competitive the program really is!!
  4. Hi BlarrneyStone! Thanks so much for your response. My last initial is "L", so maybe that is why. I didn't realize it was so competitive either! I knew it was an awesome program, but their stats aren't posted anywhere, so I wasn't aware that there are about 800 applicants and 30 or so positions! Wishing you all the best luck for the rest of your programs!
  5. Hi Everyone! I applied to both CU Boulder and Northwestern, and they are two of the three programs I have yet to hear from. I see that they've been sending out decisions since the end of last week, so my hope is dwindling, however I'd still like to know one way or another. I haven't gotten anything from either of them! When do you think it would be ok to call and ask for a status update? Applied: CU Boulder, Northwestern, Columbia, New Mexico State University, George Washington, UW-Madison (one year program for out-of-fielders) Accepted: George Washington, New Mexico State Waitlisted: Columbia Rejected:
  6. Actually, University of Wisconsin--Madison changed their program this year. It used to be a three year program. For the first time this year, however, they've implemented a 1-year Post-Bacc program that out-of-fielders must complete. After completion, out-of-fielders have to reapply for admission to their Masters program. I know this because I applied for their Masters with the impression that it was a three year program, and was contacted by their admissions coordinator asking me to apply to the one year Post-Bacc instead. It was a bummer!
