Have you tried playing some music for dogs? Look it up on youtube. Some dogs calm down nearly immediately after the music begins to play or even fall asleep.

She seems to be fine at home, even a bit more tired than usual. It's when I take her on walks on busy streets that she starts to show signs of anxiety. She'll jump up on me at intersections and exhibit overly hyper play-like behaviour, and she'll pull on her leash with her nose to the ground constantly sniffing.
