    My PI forgot about a prospective student... Good thing he only lives 15 minutes from campus. We desperately need to recruit... Hope the student didn't take it personally.

      This sounds like something my current PI would do. When I was new, he forgot about meetings with me constantly. He still forgets meetings sometimes.
