So, given what is transpiring with Northwestern and Ludlow, I wonder what this could mean for those of us who got into Northwestern this year... especially given what happened with CU.

It's really unfortunate that female applicants have to worry about issues of this sort on top of all the stress associated with grad school applications and grad school in general. My sympathies.

Someone was apparently just accepted into UIC several days after the initial acceptances.

Yeah, I've had this happen also. The thing is, I NEVER get out of state calls. Of course, now that I'm waiting anxiously for them, I keep getting wrong numbers or solicitations all with out of state numbers.
