Yes, you should feel guilty doing so. Taking on more interviews than you would like was not a good move in the first place, and now you are in a pickle. And by what criteria did you decide which program is "top choice"? The point of interview is not just them getting to know you but also you getting to know the people, program, school, and the location on a more personal level than just what is written on their website. Maybe after visiting these places it will change your mind about where to go.

They also said those who attend the online grad fair will have their application fee waived. I contacted them about how that works before I submitted my application but they never responded, so I paid the fees...

Anyone heard back from University of Washington Seattle Immunology? Did they send out all invites? The website says decision by end of December and it's Dec 31st, and I have neither received an invite nor a rejection...

Anyone got any news for UMass Medical at Worcester gsbs and tufts sackler immunology MERG-ID?

I also heard that it would be in a couple of days... I never sent any post-interview thank you emails though... did hear one applicant say that interviewers do not affect the decisions, that the interview weekend was to just let the applicants see the school. not sure if it's true...probably not.

Sounds like post-interview thank-yous are a means to an end rather than an end in itself. Regardless, I feel that if you want to say thank you again go ahead, if not, it's fine too. Either way, the professor would more likely than feel appreciated to hear back from students, whatever your intentions.

I also interviewed for immunology at UMASS worcester, I believe we were at the same recruiting weekend. I'm getting anxious too...
