somewhere in this forum itself (some other thread) i had read about the quant test. I think it should be fairly basic.

@ all : One of my referees says that he has not received the email from LKY? Did any of you experience the same? Unfortunately their application portal does not even have a link to send a reminder email for reference.

Hi cy213 : I wish to know if your online application status shows correctly the status of all application items. I am international student and had sent official transcripts (hard copy) which should have reached them by 10th Jan. However my online status still shows them as not received. Is it the same with you ?

@shrew: ya seems they are not very prompt with replying on email....also it is so close to Chinese new year, i don't think anyone will now pick up ur call now...ur best bet is to call and check on tuesday.....as for references, i think it is better to get it done through the manner suggested by them as u can never be sure if ur emailed reference will actually get attached to ur overall admission dossier. Also i think they should be fine with a couple of days of delay as 1st and 2nd feb are weekends . Any processing should take place on 3rd or 4th only

I am an engineer who shifted to management. This MPP is yet another attempt to change field...hopefully now i know what i really want to do ...I just hope my answers are convincing enf for them as i already hold an MBA.

I see a lot of us from India applying to LKY...btw they extended their deadline to 31st Jan....also did anyone of you here talk to any existing student? I wud like to know about career outcomes of their MPP grads as I don't see much information on their webpage I think work-ex might be the weakest link in my application. I have just 1 yr of work ex (though at a decent place) and even this is not directly policy related..at best it tangentially concerns developmental sector....

Yesterday I received an email from LKYSPP asking for my passport copy and reference letters to be completed by 31st Jan.

i made 5 more ...Chicago-Harris, Michigan-Ford, CMU-Heinz, Maryland and Georgetown. How abt u?

I have a small doubt- when they say 21st Jan is the last day to submit applications for financial aid, does it mean that all LoRs should also be in by that time?

I have also applied to their MPP though i feel i didn't write those essays well...was burnt out by the end of this app process...do we have any of their alumni on this forum?

going by the no. of email reminders they sent for completing applications, it might actually be true !
