Yup, unofficial rejection from Cornell. A little sad, but I already have a plan B. I got a research assistantship at my undergrad university. If grad school didn't work out this year, I will definitely re-apply.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm in the same boat. I even got rejected from my "safety" school I haven't heard anything back from Cornell though. But do not have a good feeling about it... sigh Hang in there
