Applying to very few programs? (all eggs in 1 or 2 baskets)

I couldn't find more than 4 programs which suited my needs and goals and all of them are top institutions in my field and highly competitive. I'm so worried about the results of my applications. I'm an international applicant which makes my chance of admittance very slim. Doctor of Pharmacy graduate with GPA :3.35 TOEFL ibt : 109 GRE: V 157, Q 165, W 3.5
