Has anyone heard from Ohio University about funding? I received my acceptance letter via email on the 21st of February. They said that they would be sending out financial aid information via snail mail in a few weeks and I haven't heard a thing.

I got in to PennDesign, but didn't get enough funding to attend. This is so depressing, but Congrats to everyone who got in and can attend!

It says in my email... Unfortunately at this time this acceptance does not come with any financial support or a tuition waiver. Please know that you are on a short waiting list for full funding and should it become available, we notify you right away. Which stinks! But the pdf they attached said... The School of Art + Design provides full tuition waivers and stipends for all of its graduate students in the form of named fellowships, and graduate/teaching assistantships. I'm so confused! Good luck and I hope they turn into acceptances!

U of I acceptance, but said I was on a waitlist for funding. On U of I's website it says that all students are giving tuition wavers and stipends. Could someone explain this?

In the letter it said a "short" wait list. I would think that it would only be as many as they accepted. I might be wrong, but they put short on there for a reason.

I got wait listed for UT Austin, anyone have any idea how many they wait list? Did anyone else hear from them?

I received an unofficial acceptance email from Ohio University yesterday, they said funding to follow! Anyone else hear anything from them? or has some insight into the school?

Very nice! Make sure you post after your visit and interview, and good luck! I bet it went better then you think! It is such a strange sensation speaking to someone through Skype. My interview was alright I suppose. Sarah Canright said "excellent answer!" a couple times and seemed to enjoy what I was saying, but Dan Sutherland didn't seem too impressed. I guess we shall see! Thank you!

I decided to do a Skype interview, which is tomorrow actually. I hope doing a Skype interview instead of flying out doesn't hurt my chances. What did you decide to do? Congrats on the UT interview! How did it go?
