so like... should i be giving up all hope on georgetown? this whole process is one of the most emotionally exhausting things i've ever done hahaha

Does anybody have any inside information on Georgetown? are they done admitting? what's the deal with these trickling out of both acceptances and rejections... it doesn't seem to follow any previous years patterns. also, subfield info at all?

so how are you guys handling your waitlists? i'm currently on a waitlist for GW (i'm an american gov person) and am very overwhelmed. It's one of my top choices, and based on some presumed rejections, is slowly becoming my absolute top choice. any advice?

which master's program? i'm currently in the AG program and they took quite some time to release results

it seems to be that they're releasing most decisions on wednesdays/fridays, but your guess is certainly as good as mine. in other news, should we presume rejection from hopkins if we havent heard anything?

if anyone with an offer to WashU (particularly, in american) is ultimately going to decline.... it'd be really great if you could do so sooner rather than later

looks like its Howard (http://government.georgetown.edu/people/admin/) however, previous posts had indicated some acceptances by phone were done by subfield chairs (accepted students reported on this forum had indicated IR, but not sure if all of the calls were IR)

can any other Georgetown applicants back up the post on the results page? someone said listed on the website. where would it be on the website?

i would expect both hopkins and penn to release today - both tend to do so on fridays, and last week's snowstorm might have just pushed them back a week
