Hey guys! Is anyone attending Columbia College's Admitted Student Day? And thinking of attending there? I think that's where I'll end up. Declining schools is hard and sadder than I thought it'd be, haha.

Hi! I have done a tour of their facilities and I know some instructors there. I really like it and I love Chicago, but I haven't heard about funding yet. Do you think it's bad etiquette to ask them? They are having an admitted grad student day on April 4th, which I plan on attending. It's just, I have to let SFAI know whether or not I'll accept their offer. And I was still holding out for MassArt, too. Decisions, decisions...

I just was offered a $30,000/yr fellowship to SFAI. They want me to tell them my decision by the 26th, but I'm still waiting to hear back from my top choice school (MassArt). WHY ARE DECISIONS HARD! Do you guys think if I called/emailed MassArt and told them my situation, and that I received an offer from another school, but that they're my first choice school, if they could tell me if a decision has been made? (I know that sentence structure sucks, but I'm too anxious to fix it.)

I interviewed with MassArt for photo about 2 weeks ago, and my status on my application went from "Interview" to "Reviewed"...I wonder if that's good or bad...has anyone who has interviewed with MassArt found out anything yet?

Hey everyone! I was curious if any one who applied to Columbia College Chicago for an MFA in Photography has actually received a letter and/or email from them? I only see that I've been admitted on the "Bulletin Board" and wasn't sure if I should be expecting anything else as of now.

I just checked the "Bulletin Board" at Columbia College Chicago, and it says I've been admitted to their photo program! This must be what winning an Oscar feels like.

I think every MFA applicant gets a tuition waiver. Maybe they're waiting to see if they can give you more. I received a fellowship. After visiting, I wasn't a huge fan of the photo program, so even with the money I'm considering declining...if my interviews turn in to acceptances. :\
