Anyone looking for off campus housing at Duke this Fall?

I am attending Nicholas School's MEM program this Fall and have begun (not really, thought I'll start here) looking for places to stay and and get to know potential house mates. Anyone out there going to Duke this Fall and looking for a place to stay? -
Got into Duke as well! Some prerequisites and an 8k scholarship! I am completely out of my misery now (ok, not misery. got UCSB long time ago) Believe it or not this is my top school. Just waiting for Yale to get it over it!
