Well seems that it was a bad sign.. just got my rejection letter

Hello, I applied to oxford's CS masters program on the january deadline. I received an email on the 8th of january with four questions and was told that I will receive a reply by mid-February... WEELLLL MID FEBRUARY PASSED AND I DIDNT GET ANYTHING YET. And I didn't get a phone interview.. should I be freaking out?

I was studying, checked my email and started jumping on the chair. Good thing I didnt fall down.
