Most schools set up Skype interviews pretty readily, except Georgia Tech where I had to ask for 'em. My potential professor at Cornell said that the admissions comittee usually assume that students who can't make the weekend are a bad fit, luckily he thinks otherwise and is gonna try to help me out. I'm still nervous since they said I'd have a decision two weeks ago. Has anyone else heard from them?
Has anyone else been unable to make it to their interview weekends? I live in Germany and couldn't afford the travel costs. I think Cornell might have taken it personally...
