Hey everyone,
So I got an offer from School A, which is a 13 hour drive or $600-$800 flight from my current school. I also applied to School B, which is in the same state as School A, about two to three hours away. I'm visiting School A on Tuesday of next week for their open house. Since School B is in the same state, and it would cost me a significant amount of money (not to mention I'd have to find subs for my classes, again) to return to that state for another visit, I called the department and asked about my status. I figured this was a decent move, considering several acceptances to School B have already been posted by other gradcafe members. I spoke with the assistant to the program coordinator, and she asked for my name and then asked me to send her my question via e-mail. I did this, under the impression that she would look into it and get back to me in a few hours. It's been two days. Should I call or e-mail the lady again? I don't want to nag or burn any bridges, and I'm worried that checking up multiple times might give them a bad impression, but at the same time, it would be very, very helpful to know my status. Thoughts?
