Nope. I'll I got from the email was that they'll offer spots on a rolling basis as soon as people start to decline their admission, which could technically start next week. They also apparently ranked all of the people who got waitlisted, but since they won't give out that information it is hard to tell if we really have a chance or not. Luckily I've already been accepted at a different program with funding, but IHEID would clearly be the better option academic and career wise. However, I do need to accept or refuse that offer before April 15th so I would really like to know if I am able to get a spot at IHEID or not.

Just got an email that I've been waitlisted for the Master in International Economics. Status on the follow up page is the same.

Nope, I did not. I applied to the Master in International Economics so it might be possible that they do those later on or something.

Same boat here. I got an email last week that we should hear about our applications on the 14th. It seems to me that the Econ people are heavily underrepresented on these forums. All I see are people applying to either the MDev or MIA.
