  1. Well, after applying to my top choice in September, I was interviewed in early March, then again in late April, and wait-listed this week. This is truly agonizing, especially after being rejected from everywhere else.
  2. I sent mine in in September. I was granted an interview within the first week of March, then recived another interview last week, and am still waiting on a decision.
  3. A second interview after a first interview at the same school. They cut the list of potential applicants after the first interview and grant second interviews to "a few select applicants." The first one was a group interview; the second one will be one on one.
  4. To those who went through second interviews with their schools, what sort of questions were asked? Also, does anyone know what the chances are of getting in after being granted a second interview? My first interview included the basic questions most applicants get asked during their interviews. Stenghths... weaknesses... Why this school?.... Why this specialization?.... etc... All I was told was, "We want to get to know you a bit more."
  5. I had one at Baruch on March 4th. They told us that we would hear from them within the next week and still not a peep. I e-mailed the interviewer and she said they're still deciding. With respect to Hunter, I haven't heard from them at all, yet. Good luck!
  6. For one of my programs, certain applicants were supposed to receive invitations for second interviews two weeks ago. I e-mailed the prof. who interviewed us last week, thinking I was rejected, only to find out that they planned on sending them out this past week. Once again, nothing. So, it's either they already sent them out (and I wasn't invited) or, once again, they postponed sending out invitations. This is torture... I check my e-mail 24/7.
  7. Has anyone here been granted an interview for the Mental Health Counseling program at any one (or more) of these schools? If so, have you been contacted regarding a second interview or your application status?
