I was waitlisted by one of my top choices. They informed me about 3 weeks ago, and they might not be able to update on my status until the very last day (15th)...So, still waiting...

I wrote to the admission manager of Santa Cruz and got the reply that "the faculty won't make final decision until March". However, I heard that they've sent out (at least some of) open house invitations. So... I'm waiting for UMass too. It seems that they don't do interview regularly, but the results should be out soon.

Anyone heard anything from UC Santa Cruz? Their deadline was mid December this year, and according to last year's results, they should have done some interview and/or sending out open house invitations by now. Weird...

I heard one of my friends got waitlist yesterday (Fri) afternoon, and saw a post of admission this morning. I guess they must have made their decision, and sent out (at least some of) their offers. Sad...

Haven't heard from ANY school yet, but I guess I've been rejected by NYU and probably Maryland since they've been sending out requests for interviews for days Checking those results posts (as frequently as I'm doing right now) makes me feel even worse...
