This was my second time applying to UFT for the MSW 2 year program. Before starting my application the second time around I asked Angela if I would need to submit an entire new application and references and she said yes. I also asked if the admissions committee would know that this was my second time applying and she said no. You may want to double check again with her in case anything has changed.

Haven't got anything yet either. I believe another poster mentioned that Angela said they would be mailed out on Monday so I suspect we will be receiving letters sometime next week. To the advanced standing acceptances: have you received letters yet? How long after seeing your invitation on Rossi did your letter come in?

Hi Everyone I have been following this forum for the last couple weeks and decided to stop being a peeping tom and make an account! I just checked Rossi and saw that I have also been invited for the 2 year MSW. I was really relieved as I was wait listed last year and eventually received a letter of rejection. Anyone know when we will be receiving letters? I feel like its not going to sink in until I see it on paper, haha. I look forward to meeting all of you. Please keep me updated on the FB page:) For those who don't get in the first time around-- no matter what, don't give up!! It's not uncommon not to get in on the first try. One of my professors didn't get into grad school until his third time around, and he is very successful. Sit down and think of how you can improve your application for next year and spend that time doing it. There were many times when I felt getting in would be impossible but just try to stay level headed and focused. You will get to where you want to be:)
