  1. Thank you! The wait was excruciating, but I'm so excited!
  2. I just got my letter informing me that I was awarded an ETA for India!!!
  3. Melina, that sounds very suspicious. I would call your Fulbright program coodinator and let them know about the situation and get their opinion on it firsthand. Definitely don't volunteer that information over email.
  4. Also, there are now 15 ETA positions for India instead of 5, so hopefully that'll work in our favor!
  5. I just spoke with Cara Doble and she said that the India ETA letters are going out today and that we should receive them sometime early next week! Yikes! She also said that the India full-grant decisions have yet to be made by the FSB. Good luck to everyone!
  6. I think I remember reading that there are typically one and a half to two times the number of finalists as there are grants.
  7. Thanks Pooja. It looks like there are actually 15 ETA awards instead of 5, which is good news!
  8. I'm a little confused by the statistics. For South Asia, the year are still '09-'10, '09-'10, and '10-'11. Are these last year's stats?
  9. Hi, I called Cara today, and she said that the FSB decisions are still not in and that we will have to keep waiting. Ahhh!
  10. That's exciting news for all the Nepal finalists! Do you happen to know if Cara is taking the same action for India?
  11. I applied for an India ETA as well. Let's definitely keep each other updated as we hear from Fulbright!
