I emailed Mabel.. she responded to me. I got waitlisted at U of T. I guess I should be happy, but I really am not. Hoping I get in eventually.

yeah thats better than 70! I really want to go to U of T though so I am hoping for U of T acceptance or waitlist at least!!

I have heard 70.... but don't quote me on that. I have heard that by word of mouth. 70 is a lot of people on a wait list for 36 spots...

Half.. hmmm.. I thought they go by thirds for the waitlist. Either way... top half is better than bottom half!

I emailed Janet, who is the student affairs person. Her email is on the main page of the SLP website.She is very nice and approachable. I also emailed Melanie, whos name was on the waitlist letter. Janet answered me though.

I emailed Western about my waitlist place last night and they emailed me back that I am on the top third of the list! Anyone who is waitlisted should try asking!

I am sorry to hear that. I wish you would have at least gotten waitlisted at Western. Wow that is really good information about Wayne State because I am not considering US schools because I know they will charge an arm and a leg. All the best!

This is my second time applying.. after working so hard to make my application competitive. Since my ROSI says nothing, I am assuming I did not get into U of T. I am feeling really discouraged.

Yeah it will be released on the student centre website at around midnight on Wednesday morning or Tuesday night.. however you want to think about it! I am so so so nervous too!

I didn't even get log in information! I feel so left out! I am just using my old student number to log into rosi but it still shows my undergrad information :(

I wish I could even sign onto the website.. i really hope they were not lying when they said the site was only applicable to individuals who applied for housing

In the past, we have had a site where you log in (right at midnight it updated) and you can find out if you got in or not. However, we have yet to hear about what our log in info is. I contacted Janet who is head of student affairs for the program and she said that as far as she knew, they have not changed the system and she told me she would get back to me about when we will get the log in info. They are leaving it to very last minute though!!

She also told me that only those who applied for housing with U of T would be receiving the JoinID so I am guessing that is why none of my stuff is updated. Overall, seems kind of pointless, unless perhaps that is how you would apply for housing.

Honestly, if it doesn't update I do not think its a big deal. I already had a student number, and a rosi account, and my didn't update at all. I called Mabel and she told me that you wouldn't be able to check the status online anyways, everyone will be contacted directly, either by email or mail, after April 1st.

Mine says cancelled haha. And non-degree student? Does your say something different? I am assuming rosi will not change until we get accepted and accept the offer

lol, so it turns out my joinid is already activated because I am a U of T alumni. I just logged on. I feel silly now. Oreoz.. did you go to u of t as well? Maybe that is why you didnt get one?

I just emailed both schools to make sure, I will let you know what they reply. I really hope it was just a mistake!

okay, yes I re-applied in 2013. I also went to u of t for undergrad so I am not sure if that made a difference. Thanks for the reassurance

I did not get ANY EMAIL FOR U OF T or WESTERN. I am starting to FREAK OUT!!!!! Should I call the schools and make sure they have my application???
