That's good to hear that I'm not the only one with 2 years behind me who is applying! I also graduated with an art history degree (Specialist), but only a bachelor of arts, not a masters.
As for experience, I have actually curated shows and organized shows because I was lucky enough to land a job out of university where I ran a small artists' collective in Toronto - so I feel very confident in that I have a lot of relevant, interesting experience. But I know the competition is fierce for MoMA internships!
I noticed that they only advertised the 12 month internships for less than a month and they weren't advertised as much as previous years, seemingly. If I hadn't known about them and been waiting for them to be advertised, I probably would have missed the boat. I wonder if they did that to automatically reduce the number of applications?
