Does anyone know if tuition is the same for SLP and USF's other grad programs? All I could find was it's $877/credit hour (out of state) and I was told our program is 62 credits. Thanks!!
THANK YOU for this great response. everything I was wondering I will look up those places and areas... I like the idea of the greenway. I will have a car, but I would like to have something like that near by. If I think of more questions or officially decide to go here I'll let you know if I have any more questions.... good luck studying!
considering moving here for grad school at USF in the fall. I am from the midwest so the weather is one of the things drawing me to move here! Other than that, can anyone recommend specific neighborhood areas or apartments to look into renting? I know nothing about the area but am visiting hopefully within the next month and would like to drive by and check out some places. thanks!
Considering UT for grad school in the fall. From what I have read, it looks like West Knoxville is the place to be. I want a nice, safe, newer area with plenty to do around. Either apartments or condos most likely. Anyone have specific apartment or neighborhood recommendations?
I got my acceptance from here today! I am so excited. I visited the campus and just walked around this past weekend and loved it. I want to go back for the visit day to actually meet with faculty. Did anyone go in October since they said it will be similar?
I heard back from here today and was accepted! I really loved this program when I visited. However the email I got told me I would have to do summer classes starting June 1st, for clinical hours. They won't count my observation hours from undergrad for some reason...?
I also heard they have a required "travel" semester... where you might have to do clinic up to 2 hours away for a semester. has anyone heard about this? I really like the program but that sounds like a lot of extra things that I wouldn't have to do at other schools.
