  1. I am wondering if that is it...I received 50%...I really hope to get full remission, of course.
  2. I have no idea...and I noticed on their website that they are asking for more applications for open positions. I am wondering why that is the case when times are so competitive right now. I still need to call them back but I am hoping that they will pay for me to go to the visiting day...not sure about that either. You? Did you apply to other programs?
  3. Hey---I am hoping that the other person who posted their acceptance into CGU would want to chat....I am curious what you know about the program...etc. Will you be going to the open house on the 22nd?
  4. Hey! Congrats!!! So, I also applied to the social work and social research program at PSU...I have not heard anything! I hope this is not bad news--yet! I was accepted to an Applied Psych program in Claremont...but I would really like to stay in Portland. Did you just get the email or did they call you for an interview? I am still hopeful. I would love to hear more details.
  5. I just joined! I got an application in on December 15th...and will get another one in by January 15th. I didn't think I would hear anything until spring. Do people really hear right away? One grad student in the program I applied to wasn't contacted until spring last year... I am not sure if it makes a difference that I go to the school I am talking about...I mean as a post-bac and I work in 3 labs there!
  6. I would definitely share my experience of applying--but I have not been admitted yet! So, I am not exactly sure what you mean by "admissions experience"-- I think that all phases of the process are exciting, difficult, and scary and therefore hearing about other people's experiences is helpful!
