Hello,
I have Direct-PhD offer in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, UCSB and an MS offer at Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. I am interested in the field of CFD. Which offer is the right one to choose? I want to go into academia after my PhD.
Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone,
I am from India. I have received two admits.
Nuclear engineering at UIUC with RA and Mechanical Engineering at Stanford without any assistantships.
I am completely confused and tuition fee is very high at Stanford. If I choose Stanford, I might have to take up heavy loans. So if anyone out there, could you please give me some information about TA/RA and job opportunities at Stanford (Mechanical).
Thanks.
It means that they are quite busy or they might not have a position or they might not be interested in your profile. I have mailed to few profs till now and sometimes got replies after 2 weeks or after sending a remainder email too.
Same thing happened to me
Q170, V152, and 3 in AWA.
Yet to write TOEFL. Will a good score in TOEFL compensate for low AWA?
I am applying for PhD too. (Mechanical, B.Tech from NITK, India)
