Hi, I am Italian
Politecnico di Milano is an esteemed university here in Italy, perhaps the best fo computer engineering.
Would you receive scholarships? Milano is really expensive. University tuition are low as everywhere in Italy, I guess 1500 Euro per year.
But housing is really expensive, a single room, far from the center can cost you 400 euro per month with heating, light and other expenses still to add.
Are you applying to a Master's? And where would you continue for your Phd?
Italy is ok for master's but I definitely encorauge you to apply somewhere else for a Phd!!!
And remember this: in Italy nobody speaks english, maybe your professors, your classmates, but if you go to post office, to bakery, to pharmacy it could be a problem!!
Hope this helps, if you have additional questions please let me know!!
