I am new to this thread/forum as well, and I would also like to know if anyone has heard from JHU from Egyptology/Near Eastern Studies. I called two weeks ago and they said that the decision would be out now. Then I called today and they said another two weeks. Hoping someone has heard by now... -

Hello! I'm from Mesa (which is very close to Tempe), and I would advise getting a place in Tempe at least 5-ish miles away from the main campus. jujubea in right about the scene around campus/downtown. You can also look into Mesa for housing, since it is equally as cheap. Hope this helps! :3

Ugh, the anxiety of waiting for these freakin programs is making my head spin! And why, OH WHY, did I only apply to 4 programs, 3 of which were Ph.D?
