Any opinions? I've read some really negative reviews on the school by its undergrad. students and was wondering where people stand for its grad. studies. It looks like it's a joint program with Tufts so it can't be horrible.. right? Thank you in advance!

And btw, does your Slideroom say "Fall 2015 CMU MFA Sort"? *My rejection letter was addressed to 2 people, so I just wanted to verify that I'm really rejected (I most likely am, it's just that the addressed to 2 people in one e-mail part throws me off a little)

If you attend an interview, do you get interviewed in front of other interviewees?

Decision as to whether or not you are a finalist..? And, my application checklist says incomplete.. I submitted my portfolio via Slideroom, but there's a blank next to the submission date. Does the date you submitted your portfolio show up on your checklist?

I applied to Stanford as well. And, no, I haven't heard anything.. I know there aren't very many decisions posted, but looking at the results search I can't help but to worry a little :s

Hi! Sorry this is unrelated to SAIC, but I see in your signature that you applied to Carnegie Mellon.. Do you know if it hold interviews? I applied for Drawing/Painting and just assumed an interview is part of the review process, because I didn't see it mentioned on its website.

Anyone know how many days notice schools give the students they call over for an interview? (As in the students have to travel there.....)

Do schools get back to applicants roughly around the same date they did in, for example, the year before? So if they responded on Feb. 7th last year, you can expect them to get back to you around tomorrow (it's a Saturday, though...). Sorry, I'm just a bundle of nerves......

How old are typical MFA students? I'd imagine they are in their mid-late twenties...? I took a year off after undergrad. and applied to grad. school. I am currently 22 years old.. would I feel too young/unexperienced..? *Also, does age matter to the decision-making committee? Thank you!
