I heard Monmouth won't make decisions until end of March early April

You might be right though the results page does say March 9-12 for decisions!! So I'm super nervous now

Mine also gives me an error page, but you just hit that login in screen anyway and it lets you in. I just got into my portal, it still only says complete

Monmouth is on of my top choices and I haven't heard from them yet! It's making me nervous.

My friend was accepted to Monmouth last year and as notified in early March so I am just under the impression that is when the will notify us!
