My God, really? 2/650? There's no way a polisci major can overcome that odd. The two spots probably belong to some summa cum laude economics/math majors from MIT in the first place. Just saying.

Seriously, who cares about those negative ratings? Some people just don't have a life you know. I do care more about my own emotional roller-coaster these days. I cannot wait for this whole admission process to be over with.

I could not agree more, C. I think all schools should just send out mass acceptance, rejection, and even waitlisting emails at the same time. It's definitely doable and much more considerate to the applicants.

I'm so going to call UPenn tomorrow? I don't mind getting a rejection on the phone but I do mind the suspension. P.S. Did you receive funding info from UVa already?

Well, for a starter, Suddenly Paranoid is unlikely to go to Rochester now that he got in Stanford and will probably get in Harvard and Princeton too. SP, you don't have to confirm or deny my speculation. Just let us know your decision by April 15.

I agree with the poster several posts ago. Your profile looks pretty strong. It's just that most of the schools you applied to are super competitive and this year is a especially tough one. Hopefully, you will get in at least one of them.

Sounds very promising to me. No school can have an 100% yield rate. Even Harvard has only about 70% rate (don't remember the source of this number but I definitely do not make it up).

I would close the browsers and remove all cookies first.
