really struggling... obviously Berkeley has a much better reputation and ive taken the summer school there once. However its just a 9-month program and words have been flying that its really hard for international students to get a job in Mech Eng. Especially in Cali. GT is ranked NO.1 in IE and i heard that it will be easier to find a job with background in IE than ME. The program is longer (1.5 yr) and grants MS degree. my major concern is to find a job, im not going to pursue a phd afterwards. geographically, i prefer cali, but not that much. what are your guys' opinions?
