  1. Thanks for the answer! Yeah, they came back to me that actually they can offer CEU Full Fellowship in the first year and 50% tuition fee waiver for the second. They have also told me that I they don't hear from me by 31st of March they will pass the scholarship offers to the next on the waitlist. Confirmed my intention to accept the offer, but still haven't received any confirmation from them.
  2. Has anyone received confirmation for sending acceptance/refusal of the offer? Thanks
  3. Just got this on an e-mail In addition, the Mundus MAPP Consortium awards you the following financial aid package: 1. A 50% tuition waiver for your first academic year to be spent at CEU 2. A 50% tuition waiver for your second academic year to be spent at York
  4. University of Bristol, BSc Politics and Sociology, but I weighted my degree and have only been doing politics and IR in my final year
  5. Hey! At the moment yes. I am in my final year of study and funding is going to be a great problem for me if I don't find a scholarship. MAPP and IMRCEES are the only ones I applied for so far, but I will probably also apply for other scholarship schemes in English universities. If I had to choose between the 2, I would definitely go for IMRCEES, because I am from Romania and I have a particular interest in the region. Also, it would result in obtaining 2 masters diplomas, second one hopefully in European Politics in Poland. If you also add the opportunity to learn Russian, for me it's quite a clear choice and I think it came across in my application, as I have spent far more time on the IMRCEES one. I am only waitlisted for scholarship for MAPP, and given that only 1 award was given to EU citizens, I have given up on that.
  6. Still keeping my options open, but I would love to work for the EU Commission, Parliament, NATO, or national foreign ministry. I am highly interested in European security and Europeanisation of non-member states in general. Might even just continue with a Phd if I find funding. What about you?
  7. not yet, same here.... E-mailed them last week asking if they have a more precise date for announcing the results, this is what they answered: Thank you for your message. I appreciate that you are anxious to find out if you have been successful. Please be assured that we will contact you as soon as possible. I cannot be more precise at this stage.
  8. hello everyone! I also got an offer and I am waiting for the scholarship results, though I am from a Program country, so chances are slimmer for me, as 75% of bursaries are awarded to Partner Countries. On the website video they say they can give up to 20 scholarships. Given the fact that there are only 28 places and I assume they would save some for the self-financing applicants, I believe that the chances for getting the scholarship are quite good, for people who have already been sent an offer for a place.
