Hi everybody! I received this from Tabbatha yesterday afternoon: "The committee has reviewed your file and we would like to offer you admission into the program. Since we have space in both IOGP and IDP, can you please let me know which you would prefer? Please note these are the only two options you have. Your offer is unofficial until and official offer has been sent to you by FGPA." I'm so thrilled!!! Those were my first choices so I'm more than happy! Now it's time to improve my english... Good luck to everyone! For those who got admitted, we'll meet in a few months

In order of preference : - Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution (CON) - IDP (International Development Policy) - IOGP (International organization and public policy) And if would have been admitted, I'd have applied to the African Studies specialization. How about you?

Thank you @loremipsum1... I had an update via e-mail from Tabbatha! I have absolutely no idea if there is still a chance, I'm so disappointed! My GPA isn't so high but I have relevant experiences and associative implication. I heard that the admission process was particularly tough for international applicant. Well, we'll see. I've been put on the hold in U of T as well... Bad year for me!

No, I applied to the M.A in international affairs. But i'm an international student, so maybe it takes a few more weeks to get my response... Good luck to all of you guys

Oh! I just found something that might interest you : Congrats on the good news guys! I called Tabbatha today and didn't receive as good news. My application has been put on "hold," which means I'm waitlisted. I will not be in the first round of applications, but there is a chance, depending on how many people accept their offers, that I will be in the second round. She could not say how far down the list I was, or what my odds were, because the list she had was just alphabetized. As for waiting time, she said I would not hear by the end of this week, and it was unlikely that I would hear by the end of next week. She said it would be in the following weeks. Once the first round is complete, she will be sending an email to the hold applicants to let them know they have been waitlisted. That doesn't mean that everyone who hasn't heard by now is waitlisted, as it seems they are still sorting through the applications in the first round. Definitely disappointing news to hear, but at least I have an idea of where I stand now.

Hello @Jdienadt! Did Tabatha explain what "put on hold" means? Is it the wait list of smth?

Hey everyone! My status has changed today from "review in progress by department" to "recommended for assessment", i'm soo anxious! NPSIA is my dream school, but my GPA is kinda low because of ONE bad grade... I'd just like to understand the difference between an unofficial and official acceptance, could anyone explain it? Congrats to all of you guys! Let's pray for me please
