I'm not familiar with this Oregon Uni, could you please state the full name? I couldn't find one ranked high enough. It is weird that you get rejected by it but get admitted to Columbia. -

If I have no chance in admission I wouldn't mind if I got rejected the following day after I submitted my application...Don't keep me freaking waiting.

Depends, for example if you were applying for MS in Mechanical Engineering. UC Santa Barbara, UC Berkeley, Northwestern, Columbia, and Purdue all haven't replied back yet... so...

I haven't heard back with anything from them, what does that imply? Applying to course-work, thermo-science, mechanical engineering.
