Still waiting. There is one more question: do you guys have any interviews from ME departments? I have no interview at all. That makes me really nervous.

I received an email several hours ago. It said that decisions have been made and can be checked out online. But there's no available link on the status check page. Anyone knows the decision?

Last year, I know a female student got an offer from Harvard, exactly the same department I applied, on Feb 15. But this year, I've got no news by now. I don't know why there is so much difference in a same department.

I really don't like the GradAssoc@Duke. When I called them to make sure my application was complete, they were so impatient. And I still cannot figure out why they provide no online status check - I don't think this is hard to provide. By providing such website, there may be less calls for them to answer! Now I have to make international calls during a two-hour-window everyday. But I am now in China, where there is a 13-hour time difference! That means I have to call them at about 3.00 am! Generally speaking, the application system @Duke sucks.

I submitted the application to ME program at Purdue last Dec, and received an email from the program saying "your application is complete now" on Dec. 16. However, when I checked my application status on applyyourself yesterday, I found that the status was "unsubmitted"... One LoR is missing, no SoP, no CV. I asked my referee and he said the RoL was submitted online in last Nov... I am really confusing. If my application has never been submitted, how can I receive the confirmation letter? Anyone has similar experiences?

It is amazing -- after I posted here yesterday and said I was totally ignored, I've got a letter of acceptance with a partial tuition waiver. Here I wanna post another message and complain that I still have no financial support. See what's going on tomorrow. LOL

No offer, no admission, no rejection, no interview, even no response to my emails. I feel like I haven't applied... damn it...
