Hi everyone,
I was wondering if I can get some insight on both schools. I was accepted to both Pacific U and WWU. They're my top choices so I got very lucky to have great options. I have been doing a lot of research on the schools, but I would like to hear opinions from all of you about their program to help me gain some more perspective.
I graduated from WWU, therefore, I am familiar with the professors and academics. What I do not know is how WWU is perceived from those who did not attend undergraduate.
Tuition price between both schools are quite different and is a large factor in my decision (First year: Pacific U- 31k, WWU-19k). Not only that, I'm debating whether being in an entirely new environment or a familiar one is best for me. I love Western, but I didn't leave there on the best of terms with people who will still be attending. Whether or not that will affect me academically, I have no idea...which makes Pacific U all the more appealing.
Personal life, tuition, professors, academic program, living situation...so much to think about. And all are large factors in my decision.
So if you have any thoughts between the program or can imagine yourself in my shoes, I would really appreciate your opinion and perspective.
Thank you.
