I have a very close friend in TU Delft. He speaks highly of the program. Job prospects wise, EU is a little unwelcoming to non-EU people. Let me know if you'd like to get in touch with him. Same country as yours, btw

Is funding a priority for you? Has CMU given you good funding? CMU seems a better program and is also a better location, career wise. I think, for a computer engineer, taking on a loan (depends on how much you want to) makes sense to go to CMU because future prospects are very bright as compared to other programs (journalism, for example).
