I've applied to other schools like Wisconsin-Madison, Harvard, Duke, Columbia, Maryland... In total there's a dozen. UW has accpeted me, but no funding information has been given. So I'm not very sure if that counts as an offer. Good luck to you too. Please don't be so tortured.. I'm trying to tell myself "whatever will be will be".
