any one going to Cornell ECE visit day ?

I received an email from Add comm to attend the visiting weekend on April 12th. This is the only positive thing that happened to me so far. The email made me happy for one hour. Then realized .. oh it's not an admit yet. Anyone else is on the same boat? Does it imply we are on the waiting list ? or they are going to give more PhD admission.
