Was told I'd hear back from Ohio University probably by the end of this week (so... today). I havent heard back yet so I'm assuming it's a 'no'.I have one other interview next week but am feeling really disheartened. This is my second time applying to PhD programs. I'm thinking of contingency plans and am considering applying to clinical psych Masters programs. I cannot, for the life of me, find a list of competitive schools. Where should I be looking?! I would likely reapply to PhD programs after receiving my masters. I want something research-heavy.

should i assume rejection to syracuse if their interviews are in a week? I've only seen one person post about them on the results page which is the only reason I was holding onto hope.

It depends. Is there another interview weekend? Some schools have two. I think a little less than two weeks after the final interview day is standard. Maybe sooner.

I got an email telling me to check the portal. There was a rejection letter in the portal ?

would also like to know. pretty sure most people got a mass email. In the same boat as you. Not sure if we'll get a rejection letter in a different wave of emails, if we're on the waitlist for interviews. would also like to know the answer to your questions

I saw a bunch of people post about a rejection email from Arizona State on the results forum. I have yet to receive an interview invite but did not get said rejection email. What does this meeeeeeaaaaaaan?? Is my rejection email coming in a different batch? Am I waitlisted for an interview? Will I magically acquire an interview invite over the next few days? This is killing me ?

For the people posting about arizona state: is it a mass departmental invite or have you heard individually from your POIs?

Catholic university of America poster with POI BR: did you reach out and email him first or did he email you? I also applied to him and am wondering if he’s reaching out to everyone (which I imagine would take a lot of time) also, have all interview invites been extended?

Did someone say that Washington state university will be extending interview invites this week? I saw a lot of people got prelims but none with my POIs initials (TB) so I’m wondering (hoping) if she is one of many who extends interview invites without doing a prelim.

I don’t think anyone has. Haven’t seen anything about it on the results page. They’re probably bogged down by the mega influx in apps.

How trustworthy is the CUDCP calendar re interview dates and deadlines for interview invitations?
