I am afraid to use that option because I fear it may void my application entirely, when all I want to do is make an edit and then re-submit.
You should email the people at the GRFP ASAP. They should get back to you pretty quickly.

Submitted my application on Sunday. I'm a second year grad student without a publication so I'm not holding my breath. Good luck guys!

The new NDSEG application might be one of the worst I've ever seen. Seriously considering not applying...
