  1. Just checked my sgs and it says decision made. Im assuming it means that I didnt get in
  2. Its right on your homepage if it says' no registration' then you still have to wait sadly.
  3. go on sgs to find your student number through the profile update section. Then just go on rosi.utoronto.ca and set up you account by putting in your student number and your date of birth
  4. yeah im hoping so too. Do you know how many ppl get excepted for the 1 year?
  5. Have any UofT applicants gotten a response for the second wave of acceptances?
  6. Personally,it called for really high grades that I do not have and 2000 hours of experience is a lot for someone who is still in their BSW, I feel like they prefer paid work and alot of it and there's no way I could have been accepted. If it wasn't so competitive I would have applied. Hopefully you'll get in next year!!
  7. Hi this is a forum for Masters in Social Work not for Math.Search this site for a Math one.
  8. UofT has some scholarship options where you can GA they automatically consider you for it. But you can also apply for one when you're in school or work as a research assistant. They usually call for 5-10 hours a week so it is manageable. Idk if you have your BSW, but a lot places higher grads who are working a summer students and pay well over 18 an hour so you can check that out as well. Also forgot to mention that if youre interested in more affordable housing there are co-ops for grad students where you can pay 500-700 a month which is considerably cheaper than any student housing! Here's a link: http://www.campus.coop/
  9. Ahh okay I'm still holding out hope since my app still says under review. I really hope I hear back in a week! My grades are average but my experience is really varied, but I'm hoping I get accepted somewhere lol
  10. Do you know how many rounds of acceptances there are for uoft?
  11. Omg so soon!! Did she get an email or a letter?
  12. I keep looking at last years forum and I'm getting so nervous!!!! For the advanced standing we have 1 week until results start rolling in.
  13. Also for Ryerson mine only says that each document was submitted, but not the application as a whole like UofT or Windsor does. I'm also unsure of how to see acceptances online.
  14. No way I go to Windsor and I would have heard from other students if they heard. Also Windsor is known to show on myuwindsor before a letter being given out so don't worry. We have at least 2 weeks.
  15. Does anyone know when Ryerson admissions happen?
  16. I would if I were you. I emailed her to ask about sending in a new resume since the one I gave her did not have any hours information. She changed it for me online so that it said I did not send it and I was able to reupload it. Also, its easier because you'll know if it got to them correctly and safely.
  17. I believe UofT would say an 80-85% is an A-. Most schools in Canada follow this so even if you school does not, UofT will convert it as such. I'm not sure what would happen if your school does letter grades tho.
  18. It is non thesis, but I think they want to know if we are prepared to a thesis if we wanted to pursue more education. As well, if we decided we wanted to do a thesis we can always work with a professor as with many other schools. So just relate to how a study can help a marginalized population. It is helpful for deciding sensitive interventions and sometimes proving that a population is marginalized. If that makes sense.
  19. Hello all, I'm finishing up my Ryerson app and I've completed everything, but I can figure out what the Application Submission Form is. Can anyone help me out?
  20. For mine I put the hours next to dates that the work was completed and then put projected hours are 300
