Wow ! thanks for all that info! RPI certainly sounds like an outdoor place to me. Great. I'd love to ski, snow board, jump off cliffs and more. Of course it would really help if the rides to the cities were cheaper. and you can't definitely just pick your bags and run off. I'm used to the female:male ratio. Its not so much of a prob. I checked out the RPI website and saw that they have a Kung Fu club. Do you know if its still active? I've always wanted to learn it - Prat

Well... people are viewing bcos they think there's somebody (you) who got through Berkeley ! and that there are more people have got thru too .. considering that there are 2 replies ( 3 now !) But .. as soon as they see that you're only enquiring .. and that they themselves (mostly) haven't got thru (very low acceptance rate you see) ... they don't reply I .. on my part .. am waiting to hear from them too and since i'm kinda very perky.. replied to you

I was hoping somebody could give more info about the academics at the college and of the Engineering Physics program there. (all about grad studies of course) I'm more than flooded up till ^ with info about how beautiful the location is ... yada yada ... :| So I'll really be grateful if somebody could point out more about the acads and research there. -Prat

How's the: 1. research - as good as it seems on the webpages? 2. size of program? 3. friendliness/care/concern of profs towards their students 4. placements 5. living in troy somebody pls gimme some info! :shock: i'm dazed at the moment.. confused b/w UVirginia and RPI .
