Seems like a lot process needs to be studied and modelled, chromatin dynamics, replication. I think it is very interesting to define a good question where all the process can be controlled.

No. And I think it can be as bad as the end of next week. Let me ask you a question. I noticed a lot of other programs in MIT send interview invitation directly by POI. However they are sent at the same time. So it seems like they had a meeting and all the POIs are ordered to send invitation. Why can't some of the POIs send before hand?
