I recalled a few people saying they were accepted a bit back, but no responses to the rest of the applicants? I checked the website every day but still nothing. I called them too, but they said we would get responses in a few weeks (this was 2-3 weeks ago).
the acceptance letter from csulb said we needed to let them know by april 15th if we wanted to accept the offer yet, as they have "many applicants waiting to take unfilled spots". i accepted the offer a few weeks ago and have been checking my status via the applicant self service and it still says the same under review thing.

If that's the case, then I think I'm definitely rejected. My gpa is nowhere their preference and I didn't even get an interview. If I'm waitlisted, it's likely because the faculty recognizes my name.
don't give up! what's your gpa if you don't mind me asking? i know long beach really only cares about the major/last 60. i got in with like a 3.4 overall gpa

i have a 3.4 undergrad gpa and a 3.75 last 60. i was accepted to csulb and was told they only care about the last 60. my gre scores were 165/155/5.5. i was an undergrad from csulb, interned in their on campus clinic, and had good relationships with the faculty there, but not much extracurricular experience otherwise.

I have applied to 9 California schools, and already got 3 rejections from CSU san marcos, CSULA, and SDSU.
I have emailed long beach and chapman, and they said they are still sending out interview notifications.
Has anyone heard back from CSU Fullerton, chico and Northridge?
i interviewed for long beach last week. we were told decisions would come out 2-3 weeks after the interview (so anytime next week..)

has anyone had an interview with csulb yet?

I had an interview with Chapman last week, but I haven't heard a word from other CA schools I've applied to. I see people saying they received invitations for interviews with CSULB and CSUSM, but I haven't received any emails from them. Does anyone know if the interviews are given in batches?
Still waiting for an email for an interview from Syracuse. I hope I get it this week since they sent me one last week saying they will invite people for a phone interview.
i've only seen one other person say they got an interview with csulb (on this board), so unfortunately i don't really know what's going on there the email didn't say anything about the interview process (multiple batches or not) so i can't really answer your question, sorry! if they give us more info on saturday, i'll be sure to let you know

Same. Where have you applied?
csulb, csuf, chico state, csula, and chapman. i know chapman held interviews a week ago, but i was never contacted. haven't heard anything from csuf/csula either. i have an interview with long beach this saturday, though. where did you apply?

i know that cal state long beach only looks at the last 60. they require you to put your whole gpa on the admissions form, but i was told by several professors/graduate supervisors that the last 60 is the only one that matters
