I guess my question is with a perfect grade point average, a masters, and a significant amount of experience will I be competitive for university wide full funding scholarships? I cant seem to find application profiles of those who have won awards, so I wanted to know what the average stats were of a person who received them. I am concerned because without an award I will not be able to attend.

I am an american student who has been admitted to finish a DPhil in the Medical Science Division. I graduated with a 4.0 in undergrad, and completed a Masters at Harvard. How difficult will it be for me to receive full funding from Oxford?
