Just received a rejection from Korbel School in Denver via email. It was my best fit. This all just keeps getting worse.

Claiming the WashU admit!
Awesome! Congrats! My wife received her Masters in International Affairs from WashU. It is an excellent school with great professors and a beautiful campus. I go to lectures there all the time. If you do accept, you won't be disappointed.

Obviously a personal decision that you'll need to make, but it may be worthwhile to reach out to your past advisers, letter writers, and professors and see what they think. I've always received great advice this way.
That is good advice. Thanks. When all results are in, I will definitely discuss it with my advisors. There is still some hope for other offers, but I want to plan for all scenarios.

So, if the only school I get into is well outside the top 25, but does offer tuition waiver, stipend, and health insurance, should I accept or try again next year?

Does anyone here claim that Stanford acceptance with the 3.2 GPA and 152/153/4.0 GRE? I'm just curious. I understand that's just part of an application, but still.
I was wondering the same thing. I don't begrudge anyone their success and I hope they do well, but damn, what am I missing? This process is beginning to look a little bit like a lottery to me.

This is too stressful. Maybe I should just be a janitor... or a monk.

Out at Stanford. Congrats to the admits.

I got into my first program and then crickets from the rest so far. It was a big load off my shoulders to be accepted, but man is this process stressful! Has anyone heard anything from U of Washington, Denver, or Syracuse Maxwell School? I'm finding those hard to predict. I am operating under the assumption that Stanford, Yale, and American will be a bit later than the rest of the field. Congrats to all those who have been admitted thus far!!!
Welcome to the 2015-2016 Cycle!

Anyone claiming University of Washington? If so, was it a generic or personalized email?
