I was accepted to Vanderbilt and I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on the surrounding area? Seems like a great place to live, with plenty to do, but housing near campus seems incredibly expensive, and public transportation seems spotty. Is this correct? Does anyone have suggestions for places to live? Or any thoughts about Nashville in general?
