FYI I just heard back from Hunter's Grad Admissions office and was informed that the Memoir Program should have decisions by the end of the week.

Hey there, I applied to both Hunter and CCNY for memoir and have not heard anything as of yet. From what I can gather based on pokin around this site, it seems that only Poetry applicants have received any form of response. Though who knows what's happening out in the great big non-obsessive internet world. Hunter's website claims short-listed folks should be notified by the last week of March. Here's wishing you and I both some serious luck!
